Healthy Life Patterns of the Now Age. Lately, the trend of a disease has changed from previous infectious diseases that can be the cause of death, becoming non-communicable diseases. This is not without cause, non-communicable diseases such as heart disease, diabetes mellitus and high blood pressure triggered by many things one of which lifestyle in accordance with the times.

The American Heart Association emphasizes two important points that can prevent the occurrence of non-communicable diseases, in this case, cardiovascular disease, namely by improving lifestyle and diet. These two points are spelled out in the following five ways:

1. Have an ideal body weight
Excessive weight or overweight becomes a condition that will trigger many non-communicable diseases.

2. Keeping cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar levels within normal limits
Cholesterol, blood pressure and stable blood sugar can maintain health conditions both in blood and clinical profile.

3. Doing physical activity with exercise
Regular physical activity is able to improve general body health because of better breathing exercises and body calorie burning.

4. Apply a healthy eating intake
Recommended healthy eating intake is to consume lots of fiber and avoid foods with added sugar.

5. Avoid using cigarettes
Cigarettes inhibit the absorption of necessary vitamins in the body so that the daily vitamin intake of the body can be disrupted.

The application of the five points in the pursuit needs to be applied to so that we are able to fight the passive lifestyle with a healthy lifestyle of today.
